Amazingly it takes 8 - 12 mins to charge. 

 This wood charges with: 

(a) Sunlight
(b) UV/ Black light
(c) LED light (No batteries/plug needed) 

After it is charged it will last from 7-10 hrs glowing it the dark by itself from intense glow, it slowly dims low until it fades out. To keep the intense glow every 2 hrs charge it for 5 mins. ONLY with option B (UV/ Black light) you will be able to see the fluorescent effect.

Buyer is solely responsible for shipping insurance, cost of shipping insurance will be accordingly to item's worth. It is not required but highly recommended. If buyer does not purchase shipping insurance Glowry Collection will not be responsible for any outcome. Otherwise shipping insurance will cover any damaged & lost packages.

However, there is no refund or return policy for sample deals. Once Samples are purchased there is no refund.

Returns and exchanges are subject to approval and must be made within 30 days of product receipt (if out of USA 60 days prior to purchase). Returns or exchanges are not permitted on: 

(i) opened boxes or special orders unless product is defective.

(ii) final sales, special deals, or clearance items for any reason.

(iii) Product must be in original condition and have been properly stored. Installed product is considered accepted by Buyer and may not be exchanged or returned for any reason. 

Shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable. There will be a re-stock fee of 20%. Shipping costs relating to a return or exchange are the sole responsibility of Buyer. 

 A $35 fee may be assessed for returned checks. For returns, purchases made by cash or check will be refunded by check within 3-5 weeks and purchases by credit or debit card will be credited back to the credit or debit card used for the purchase (you will recieve refund within 2-3 weeks accordingly to your bank). Down payment or deposits are due and payable at the time of order.
